How is a dietitian different from a nutritionist or health coach?Registered Dietitian Nutritionists have formal college education followed by supervised internships, and then national certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. This ensures you receive professional, safe, and research-backed guidance. Nutritionists and health coaches don't require any of the above education or training.
